Well, this new rumor comes from Picasa which is Google’s own image hosting and sharing service. It seems like these images are taken from the Google Nexus tablet device itself and then posted on the website. No one but the EXIF data of the images is claiming that these images are taken from a device named Asus Nexus 7. All these images come with a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels, but the images have been scaled down before being uploaded. You don’t have to get very excited about it because these are not that special images. As you can see, the images show a boring ceiling of an office room.

After seeing this image, we have gathered some more evidence that this new tablet that is going to be unveiled soon is the Google Nexus tablet that is developed by Asus and it will have a 7 inch display screen. You have to keep in mind that the EXIF data of an image can be altered easily, so it cannot count as a hard evidence. And we will get the real confirmation when Google will officially announce this device at the I/O conference later this month. We already know that there are many rumors going on for a while about a smaller version of iPad being released along with the next iPhone in the fall this year. But now, various industrial sources have confirmed that both of these new Apple devices will be released in September. Apple’s new iPad mini is rumored to come with a 7.85 inch display with 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. On the other hand, the same sources have also mentioned that Foxconn is making an unibody aluminum shell for the iPhone 5 while there is also a chance that Apple will be using Liquidmetal for the body.

Now, we are not completely sure of the news, as we already know that iPhone 4S was launched in October last year, but that is not the issue. According to Apple’s usual annual product cycle, there is no place for another iPad, but still when iPad Mini will be released, it will start a new cycle. In addition to that, this year is pretty special and competition is getting very tough for Apple, because this time Microsoft is stepping into the market with Windows 8 tablets around that same time.

The device we are talking about right now is called Acer Iconia Tab A700, and you might have already heard too much about this model at this time in the form of rumors and speculations. If we go according to the rumored specs in this device, it will definitely be quite amazing device. The key feature of this device is rumored to be its 10.1 inch display which will be having a jaw dropping resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, amazing isn’t it? While other features include a powerful quad core Tegra 3 processor chip made by NVIDIA under the hood. Obviously, all these amazing features together is what everyone wants out of a modern tablet. Other features in this device might include a 5 MP camera having LED flash and another front facing camera capable of capturing HD videos as well. Connectivity features are going to include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI port, 3G connectivity and a microSD card slot as well.

On the contrary, there is a one and the only bad thing about this tablet is its weight which is not satisfactory as the Acer iconia Tab A700 weighs 1.43 pounds which make 650 grams. But still, we can pay that price because the tablet will be having a powerful beefy battery having power of 9800 mAh and it will be able to run the tablet for 10 hours of video playback. We have no confirmation about the Android version in this tablet but my money is on Ice Cream Sandwich right now.

As of now, all the above details of specs is just based on mere speculations, so be prepared if anything turns out different. Meanwhile, CES 2012 is looking very good for the official announcement of Iconia Tab A700 from Acer.

When some of the analyst tried to compare the new component with that of iPad 2, they found out that it is designed to fit in a different arrangement in comparison to the previous device’s hardware. It means that in the iPad 3, Apple has changed the circuitry and that leads to a major redesign of the iPad. Well, if you think about it, it does not reveal much for the iPad 3.

Still, you should keep in mind that it is just a rumor and we are not 100% sure that this part belongs the upcoming iPad 3. As we all know that the component manufacturers usually produce various versions of the components to be tested on the products and later Apple finalizes the perfect one.
