New Google Voice Search From Android Jelly Bean Compared With Apple Siri [Video]

It has taken only a couple of days and now videos are beginning to pop up that compare Apple’s iPhone 4S with Google’s newly announced Android, Jelly Bean which has brought the competition level to new level.

One of the new features to come out of Google’s event over the last few days is the new voice search feature that is a little similar to that of Apple’s Siri. It’s because Siri was the first to market, but it’s a fact that Apple’s digital assistant is same that of any competing solution is matched against.

Samsung’s S Voice hasn’t been able to match the siri and has failed miserably, but Galaxy S III is giving Apple a tough competition in the voice control and search market but it also hasn’t been able to live up to its expectations. Since Google has brought out its Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, things are getting more and more interesting and competitive.

As Android 4.1 will be rolled out for the latest Galaxy Nexus handsets and most of the users are waiting for it impatiently, Techno buffalo has done and unthinkable act that no one could have possibly done and that is, it has compared Apple iPhone 4S’  Siri running on iOS 6 with the newly introduced Voice Control in Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The results are shockingly encouraging for Google’s viewpoint. Both devices are good for taking the commands and performing them as expected, but Google’s offering takes the upper hand as it shows more details to the requested information and simply throws up data that is more useful that means that it has clearly beaten Apple’s Siri in iOS 6. Siri was also pleasing thanks to the new and improved iOS 6 but Google still wins the race for its detailed output.

As iOS 6 still hasn’t been put forward for the public yet and there is only beta version of the build is available. We don’t know what hardware’s Apple Inc. is going to bring to get ahead of Google in this regard. Improvements are expected, but Google has announced its own improved voice powered search making life and competition a bit difficult for Apple inc. Lets see how Apple responds to this. As it has the capability to surprise people like it has done before.
