Research Shows 98% Of New iPad Users Are Satisfied
Today, a popular research firm, ChangeWave Research has published its findings regarding customer satisfaction with the New iPad from Apple. The results are looking very for Apple. The research company has polled over 200 owners of the new iPad between March 22 and March 28 to study their overall satisfaction with the product. The study also included likes, dislikes and impact of the heat issue discussed with the users.
According to the research 82% of the users have responded that they are Very Satisfied while 16% have said that they are Somewhat Satisfied with the new iPad. Only 2% of them all have stated that they are Somewhat Unsatisfied and there are none users who felt Very Unsatisfied with the new Apple iPad.
After that when the users were asked to choose the top three features they liked best about the new iPad, 75% of the users cited the High Resolution Retina Display of the new iPad as their most favorite feature. Additionally, 22% people said Long Battery Life, 21% liked 4G LTE Capability, 20% were impressed by the Speed of Device / Faster Processor and the rest of 18% also liked the 5MP iSight Camera included in the new iPad.
On the other hand, when the users were asked about the things they disliked about the new iPad, 26% said that they did not like the cost of the new iPad while 23% complained about the Cost of Wireless data plan. Size/Weight of the new iPad and its Amount of Flash Storage together came in third, as both were complained by 8% of the users.
Last but not the least, when they asked the users about the heat issue with the new iPad, 89% of the users said it was Not a Problem or they have not experienced any problem related to the heating of the new iPad. Only 4% of the users said that it was Somewhat of a problem but no one said that it was a very big problem.
