Samsung could appeal against the ruling but during the particular interval the decision would have stood. This decision was made by the court in August.
Samsung Has Got a Few Tricks Down its Sleeve!
Now as far as the latest news is concerned, according to a German site, it has been heard that Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab 10.1 again in the Germany after redesigning it a bit and by giving it a name of Galaxy Tab 10.1N and the decision of the court will not be apply on this tab.
As you can see in the above image that the tablet on the top is the new one, Galaxy Tab 10.1N and the bottom tablet is the older version of the device.
